The custom itinerary templates are also a big plus as they sync room assignments with stadium transit times, which helps me avoid double-checking everything. When I export rooming lists, it’s convenient that athlete dietary needs are already sorted for the hotel staff, so no extra formatting is needed. I really appreciate that the integration with QuickBooks allows passenger lists to go straight there, making invoice reconciliation straightforward. One thing that still slows me down is the lack of filters for tracking commission splits, which makes it tough to sort out payments for each agent.
