What do you like best about Perfect Venue?

It's dang-near fool proof. I'm crazy organized and wasn't sold on using event software. The software I was using before Perfect Venue only solidified my feelings, however I gave Perfect Venue a chance. It not only has streamlined our process, but it may be more organized than I am. It's really helped with team communication on our backend, and my customers seem to enjoy it, as well. I have no complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perfect Venue?

What problems is Perfect Venue solving and how is that benefiting you?

I work offsite. My team works onsite. We need a simple way to communicate about reservations and events that I can update and they can't accidentally update. Perfect Venue does that. We have a tablet at the business that updates, and they never have to hunt for notes. It's made our lives so much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
