I enjoy using Perdoo. It is a practical tool that helps us set up OKRs and goals in a clear way. The layout makes it easy to follow progress and see how everything connects.
The social and interactive parts make it more usable. People engage with it instead of just writing goals and forgetting them. This keeps the process active and useful.
Transparency is the biggest strength. Everyone can see how their work links to company objectives. That gives a better sense of alignment and accountability.
Perdoo is simple, clear, and helpful for anyone who wants to manage OKRs in a structured way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I miss in Perdoo is a more flexible way to track progress on a personal level. Right now, when a goal is set by the department as binary, I can't faithfully show progression unless I agree with the whole department to change the target type. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
