From the program management side, having more of a consultant relationship would be ideal. Although the reporting users appreciate the platform more than what we had in the past, the program team is working a bit more on administrative work with less consulting support. On the user-end, while the platform is powerful and flexible, certain pages or reports can be slow to load at times. Enhancement to survey administration, report customization, and system responsiveness would make it even easier for the program team and users.
