The service provided by Pequity was excellent. Jaki worked with us throughout implementation and the running of the cycle and she was so professional and personable throughout. No request was too hard, and if it wasn't possible we would find a work around.

Managers had nothing but positive feedback on the system and made the process a lot more transparent.

Overall we found the product met our needs. I would like the ability for admins to do more on the system as opposed to rely on Jaki so much but I understand this is on the roadmap. I would also like better reporting functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
