What I love about Peptalk is not only can I choose academies that are personal for my own goals. I as a leader am able to include my team, we can choose paths together, it is great team building and helps me make sure we are keeping our wellness important as much as our work performance. The team check-ins are great I get insight in how they are doing and can adjust our meetings if need be.
