What do you like best about PeopleQlik?

Before switching to peoleqlik we were using much more dificult admin for clocking in/out , with peopleqlik its a 1 button click , also on the other side you have a complete info regarding the team and structure , and what employee reports to who ,aswell requesting a day off / or vacational leave its preety simple with a drag n drop feature to select the dates , also it helps keep you up to date regarding your compensation and what leaving days are left avaliable,it also shows you the compensation of your salary aswell any other extras for commision,alongside with the self paying system, with direct deposits and pre tax approval ,employees can send in requests at any time of this , including the filing of w-2,in overal would recommend this tool to every company !! What do you dislike about PeopleQlik?

The only thing i dislike regarding peopleqlik is the shift setup, there are people coming in to work early and some of the employees stay after work, you are not able to clock in earlier than your scheduled 8hr shift, also even though you are clocked in it automaticaly clocks you out after 8 hrs , not being able to track the proper time with this , ofcourse there can be scheduled earlier clock ins but not as realy needed .This should be improved on ! Recommendations to others considering PeopleQlik:

I would highly recommend this tool to any company/organization that has more employees , it saves you a lot of time and headache if you were to use other products , switching to this tool was a blast for everyone , keep in mind that it will cost you ( not much ) compared to google services but saves a lot of time for many features ! What problems is PeopleQlik solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping track of sick leaves , vacational leaves , and employee atendance,keeping track of who is off the team and compensation tools,also the employees are avalaible to see their contract and they have a clearer picture of what they are singing , alongside their offer letters.
