I like how Peoplelogic provides an organized and repeatable process for tracking strategic goals at different levels. It's great for setting OKRs and performance reviews. I enjoy the easy UI that allows me to organize information and capture one-on-one notes throughout the week. The integration with Google Workspace is useful for tracking calendar events and one-on-one meetings. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to the support from the Peoplelogic team, who managed integrations and account setups efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The integration with Slack could be improved. I'd like to see a deeper and more thoughtful integration that allows me to add one-on-one notes directly from Slack into Peoplelogic. It would also be beneficial to have reminders about OKR commitments and progress directly integrated with Slack, as it would help since we spend so much time on Slack.
