I really find Peoplelogic user-friendly, which has made onboarding new team members a breeze and helped us stay aligned with our company goals. It's also seamlessly connected to Slack and Gmail, offering helpful reminders for one-on-ones and review times. I particularly appreciate the responsiveness of their small, dedicated team who believe in the software. Additionally, I value the platform's ability to record and track progress in our one-on-ones, keeping everything on track.
