I find peopleHum to be a user-friendly platform, which makes it easier to manage employees' goals, feedback, and reviews. The interface is intuitive, and I appreciate the responsive support team, especially during the appraisal cycle. They are always ready to assist whenever needed. The system also helps to streamline important HR processes like attendance management, leave tracking, and employee records, which centralizes multiple HR activities in a single system, making coordination easier across teams and locations.
