"PeopleForce Streamlines HR with Powerful Automation and Responsive Support"

What do you like best about PeopleForce?

PeopleForce has really helped us with everything HR-related. The best part of this platform is that it allows us to work autonomously and automate our processes. It has been a great experience for both our team and our employees. Another thing to highlight is the customer support team, which is always available to help. Obviously, there are things that can be improved, but the platform is growing and launches new features every week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PeopleForce?

For us, the Perform feature wasn't helpful because we use a customized performance review model that can't be replicated in PeopleForce. However, if your company just needs a standard performance evaluation template to get started, it will work well. Another area for improvement is the workflow module. You can't automate certain tasks for the same day, so you have to schedule them for the following day. This doesn't mean it's a bad feature, it just didn't fit our specific needs. What problems is PeopleForce solving and how is that benefiting you?

It provides a much better experience for our employees. It also helps with our compliance requirements by letting us set up workflows that automatically send mandatory documents for signature, ensuring we stay audit-ready. We save a lot of time with effortless PTO requests, and the announcement section helps keep the entire team connected. As for payroll, being able to send and sign pay stubs directly on the platform has been a game-changer. Before PeopleForce, we had to rely on multiple separate systems to manage all of this.
