What do you like best about PeopleForce?

What I like best about PeopleForce is its intuitive functionality, excellent customer support, and the way it automates HR processes. It has significantly reduced the time we spend on administrative tasks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PeopleForce?

There are a few minor usability issues here and there, but nothing critical. What I really appreciate is that the PeopleForce team actively listens to customer feedback and continuously improves the platform. Many of these small inconveniences are addressed in regular system updates, so the product keeps getting better over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PeopleForce solving and how is that benefiting you?

PeopleForce has helped us centralize our HR processes in one place. Having a single database of candidates makes recruitment much more organized and transparent, while employee information is easy to manage throughout the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding to development and offboarding.

One of the biggest improvements has been the performance review process. PeopleForce has significantly simplified evaluations, feedback collection, and goal tracking, saving us a considerable amount of time and making the process much more structured and efficient.
