The suggestion box is really good and actually taking on people's suggestions. We had two systems that didn't speak prior so sickness automatically pulling through is great, saves lots of time. The cloud area isn't user friendly - you have to scroll to the very bottom of the page to create a case - that would fit better at the top of the screen as it doesn't look like you can create a case there. Using the data explorer I find really difficult - it's quite clunky and doesn't use plain wording - I believe this is getting upgraded soon, so very much looking forward to that! And being able to make better use of that feature. It would be really good to have check ins in terms of are we making absolute full use of the system, and ensure we are. We have multiple PAYE's so those moving from one to another is quite painful and losses their leaver and absence history - I believe this will soon be changing so looking forward to that. The pricing structure is different for a report we'd have to continuously pay quarterly for it, which is a little odd.
