What do you like best about People First?

People First is an intuitive system. The newsfeed feature, along with the Recognition capability, has been very well received. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about People First?

I would have liked the system to be more customisable, as that’s an option I’ve had in the past. However, I knew it wasn’t when I purchased it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is People First solving and how is that benefiting you?

Even seven years into using the legacy system, employees and managers were still unfamiliar with it because it simply wasn’t intuitive. With People First, the People team is rarely, if ever, asked about basic functionality, as the system is so intuitive to use. Having fewer of these kinds of disruptions has been a significant time-saver. In Payroll, we use very detailed coding, and with the help of custom cards we’ve been able to achieve this level of reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
