I like that People First is easy to navigate, and the user interface is simple. It provides different routes to get to the same page if necessary, which makes everything a lot smoother. I also appreciate how it has streamlined our processes, cutting down on administration time and reducing duplication in onboarding and payroll. It's also user-friendly, which supports employees and new joiners in accessing the information they need at various points in their roles.
