What do you like best about Peony?

Peony has streamlined and simplified our Due Diligence and client engagement process with its easy-to-use data room.

The functionality to invite as many clients/invitees to the data room is an added benefit and avoids numerous emails with documents flowing back and forth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Peony?

Not really a downside, the co-founders and team at Peony are very helpful and responsive and if you have an issue or require a feature to be added to your package the co-founders and team are very accomodating, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Peony solving and how is that benefiting you?

Client due diligence and onboarding of clients. Previously we would receive various DD documents via email and or wetransfer, now the process is simplified by creating an easy to use dataroom, and inviting clients to add their documents to the dataroom which can be accessed by all invitees to the dataroom.

the different levels which can be given to each invitee is an added benefit and restricts certain access to invitees that isnt required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
