I have been using Penny for over two years and we have not had any issues. Penny and its staff are always ready to help and resolve any issues as they arise. Penny always expedites new cards when needed. I usually send a support ticket several times a week in regards to ACH's. Penny and the staff always resolve my support tickets in a very timely manner. We use to be able to load our Penny cards with a credit card on file. This was especially nice so I could rack up on travel reward points. I really hope they get this back soon. Other than that, Everything is peachy kind with Penny. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
