What do you like best about Penji?

One of the things I appreciate most is how easy it is to maintain consistency with our brand and how easy their portal is to use. Being able to provide our brand standards upfront and fully integrated into the portal helps ensure projects stay aligned with our look and feel, even when different designers are involved. Over time, we’ve also worked with many of the same designers, which has helped create even more familiarity and consistency across our projects.

The turnaround time has also been a huge benefit. We frequently work on tight deadlines, and projects are often returned within 24-48 hours. For the cost, the amount of design support we’re able to access is impressive -- and gives us flexibility and peace of time that would be difficult to achieve otherwise. I also really appreciate receiving the editable working files. If we need to make a small update later, we can often handle it ourselves rather than submitting another revision, which saves time on both sides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Penji?

This isn’t a dislike about the service itself because everything has been fantastic, but if I have to say anything I’d wish there were more opportunities to connect with the designers who are regularly working on our projects so we view them as humans doing the work versus the behind the screen magical wizards who turn our projects around so quickly.
