What do you like best about Penji?

What we like best about Penji is how easy it is to work with. The request process is straightforward, turnaround times are consistently fast, and revisions are handled quickly without a lot of back and forth.

Having a dedicated Art Director, Luis, has been a huge advantage. He understands our brand, remembers our preferences, and consistently delivers high-quality work that requires very little refinement. It feels like having an extension of our own marketing team rather than working with an outside design service.

What do you dislike about Penji?

We really don't have any major complaints. Having our dedicated Art Director, Luis, as an extension of our team makes the entire process incredibly smooth. Because he understands our brand and how we work, any challenges that come up are usually identified and resolved very quickly.
