What do you like best about Pendo?

What do you dislike about Pendo?

What problems is Pendo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Not even having basic visibility into what users are doing within our apps is a huge painpoint that is being (slowly but surely) removed with Pendo. Having a starting point for future investigation is so valuable to us because in a B2B2C environment direct access to end users can often be very limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
