They ensure the creative aspects meet my expectations and provide a white-glove experience with fast turnaround. They've just released a new platform for self-ordering and order tracking, which is user-friendly and enhances the process (while Sam and his team continue to be available for support). I've found the customer service to be top notch, and the results have been promising, making Pen Letters my favorite direct mail service so far. They've also been accommodating with custom orders, going out of their way to offer shipping of an external product at a good rate. The platform is seamless, and ordering has become easier. What I would have said a few weeks ago is the ordering process, because it was a little bit of back and forth via email, but they've just released a new platform to address this.
