"PEMAC CMMS Makes Maintenance and Job Tracking Easy"

What do you like best about Pemac CMMS?

PEMAC is a really good CMMS that helps us manage breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance. We can also assign jobs to technicians and track and manage those jobs effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pemac CMMS?

The main issue for me is the licensing: having to buy different licenses for different levels of access. This is the first time I’ve seen that in a CMMS. I’ve worked before with SAP, MAXIMO IBM, and EAMS from Hexagon, and usually you just get the software and then you can set up as many users as you need without any problem. What problems is Pemac CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

After we implemented the CMMS on site and received a few updates, the software has been running well. Every day, we manage occurrences as work requests and then convert them into work orders that we handle for the day or the week. This helps us get a clear view of what’s going on on site, and it also makes it easier to manage by exporting to Excel so you can review your backlog. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
