I really appreciate the centralized management of Pelion IoT Connectivity and the ability to use the same hardware SIM cards to switch data plans for different countries. It's great that it automatically picks the best local network available in each country, and we can do all of this without having to change operators or suppliers for each country. This makes managing mobile data connectivity internationally relatively easy for us. It saves us a lot of time and means we don't have to worry about compatibility with different providers in different countries because the hardware and supplier are always the same. This allows us to offer effectively a global service without wasting time on setting up networks with local suppliers, which would be very time-consuming. Additionally, the initial setup was relatively easy, with test sync cards provided, making the implementation process not particularly complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So the pricing for some of the territories is good, and it provides good options. But, there are some countries that they don't really have specific plans for, and so it falls under their sort of global plan, which is pretty expensive. And so, the cost aspect in those territories is a bit of a barrier, and it makes the service kind of more expensive than what we think it should be in those areas.
