I feel the Pega Platform is on the verge of not just solving the "wicked" problems of the SDLC, but providing the kind of CONTROLLED AGILITY that will allow us to readily ADAPT to the ever changing Informational needs of our users, our customers and our business. **What do you dislike about Pega Platform?** I am frankly disappointed by the shortage of OOTB UI capabilities and I have never been a fan of a proprietary technology model that does not allow me to build and distribute only to other proprietary environments. I am still struggling to understand the nuances of the Pega Platform environment From my perspective their definition of terms is so inconsistent, they would make Socrates cry.. **Recommendations to others considering Pega Platform:** Give them some time **What problems is Pega Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** I want to have a single platform that I can use to track, design.build and deploy ALL my solutions. And the most important thing about the Pega Platform that is differentiated from the other competitors is the large community of users that share questions and answers. **What do you dislike about Pega Platform?** Some interfaces, as SAP, showed some complications when I tried to interrogate. I had to use several sendkeys because I couldn't interrogate some buttons. Furthermore, I think that the Pega could change the format of the blocks in the automation (triangle for the decisions, for example). **Recommendations to others considering Pega Platform:** I highly recommend the Pega Platform for those who want to automate processes even not having a programming background. **What problems is Pega Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a big RPA initiative for every department in the company trying the automatize repetitive tasks that doesn't bring value. We also liked the cloud instances as a QA /Demo environment. **What do you dislike about Pega Platform?** We had issues with integration and the ability to keep the version control up to date. We need to do a better job as a team managing that area. **Recommendations to others considering Pega Platform:** Be sure to allow the Pega team to help in the planning to prevent issues down the road. We cut our ASD short which caused a lot of issues in DCO. We also were not clear on the scope of the work that we were doing. We needed to trust the process. **What problems is Pega Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were solving for customer call satisfaction in a 24/7 environment. It is also imperative for the business to learn RDA versus RPA, otherwise, you may be using the tool incorrectly and as intended. **What do you dislike about Pega Platform?** A readily available intelligent reporting, an easier deployment strategy, and perhaps better AI integration **What problems is Pega Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pega resolves day-to-day repetitive process by automating and helping desktop users.
