The UI is friendly for analysts and is great for providing a simple step-by-step framework of building, training, and shipping a model to production. The support team has also been extremely receptive of feedback/questions that are raised, and are quick to investigate and even implement changes on the platform according to our feedback/requests. I also appreciate the tool's recommendation features where it will automatically provide troubleshooting for any issues that it can see.
