I wish I could do invoices and not be required to use their payment methods. Most of my clients pay using Venmo and I am not charged a fee. I use tutor bird for my invoicing so I don't have to worry about a service fee. I also wish I could do snap shots of the interactive white board. You can only do that on the type board.
