I like the automation part of PeakCommerce. It automates most of the redundant parts of the sales work at our workplace—specifically, it handles subscriptions, automates billing, CRM, and more. PeakCommerce does all of this really well. It not only helps with billing and specific purposes but can also automate almost anything, including the entire pipeline from updating monetary details to handling CRM and subscriptions. It has kind of been redundant when it comes to administrative work. We still need to look over everything and verify if it's going well. Maybe it's more of our enterprise thing to ensure that everything's accurate rather than an actual drawback of PeakCommerce. I think it should be integratable with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and other LLMs to verify the entire pipeline and check if it's hallucinating at any point or not.
