What do you like best about Peak Support?

The manager Robbie is top notch. He is very knowledgeable on our processes and has trained his team very well. The project coordinators that are used are top notch and I would personally consider them more capable than many of our own in house employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Peak Support?

The base knowledge of our industry is low. This can create some hardships but overall team members are open to learning and take time to learn. Accents can sometimes be a bit of downside when speaking with some of the providers or clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Peak Support:

Allow the team leader to develop their team as they feel is best for the tasks and have them validate them. Ensure you give yourself ample time to train and teach the work flows so all is understood. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Peak Support solving and how is that benefiting you?

Dispatch coverage: the peak team manages and places all inbound service requests to providers. This reduces a lot of the processes in "placing a call" to a provider.

Invoicing: the peak team reviews scanned items that come into our invoicing software and applies and validates the corresponding work order. The team also generates and submits invoices to clients for processing. This reduces the manpower needed in house to generate and the team is cross functional to pick up when more assistance is needed.

project coordination: the peak team has 3 members that assist with workorders for both vendor management and operations. This allows the in house managers more time to dedicate to more involved issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
