What do you like best about Peak?

What do you dislike about Peak?

Recommendations to others considering Peak:

Try to work out which areas of operation you think you've got room for improvement on before you engage Peak (or any AIaaS vendor) - with so much possible in this area one of the biggest problems you'll face is deciding where to start. You need an area with rich data ideally, and where you can find incremental improvements that have a definite, measurable ROI.

Peak have a good team but the teams are small and you'll need to have a dedicated point of contact you can use at your end to build a relationship with them - it's key that they get to understand your business in detail Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Peak solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're looking at optimising our sales process to make it faster, and to improve conversion rates between the various stages. We're looking at how we can better identify customers in our existing customer base that we should be focusing on, and whether they're going to grow so we can make sure we're ready to provide them with what they need.
