What do you dislike about PEAK 15?

I'm not a huge fan of the marketing / cross comparison of the available bookings for example. This could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering PEAK 15:

If your business needs true "Tour Operator" software and management.. you must at least trial it and give it an evaluation yourself. It's worth the time if nothing else. I would generally recommend it for the right companies in the right industries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PEAK 15 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Trip planning overall.. it just works! Combined with customer management it is streamlined and greatly improved our internal processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
