What do you like best about PEAK 15?

PEAK 15 has enabled us to streamline the booking process for our customized trips. We have been able to deliver higher-quality, customized itineraries, complete with detailed schedules, directions, and contact information to our clients without wasting time. As with any software, the support team is what makes or breaks its usefulness; PEAK 15's team has been absolutely fantastic in my past experience! What do you dislike about PEAK 15?

The user interface is not always the most intuitive. I'm not much of a computer guy, so found myself consulting my coworkers and online resources. Also the software license is expensive and my company chose not to continue use due to the high cost burden. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
