What do you like best about PDX Enterprise Pharmacy System (EPS)?

I like how I can actually see a hard copy scanned imagine of the prescription. I also enjoy how there are multiple checks throughout the verification process including when the prescription is in-put, when the drug is chosen, and when the prescription is verified by the pharmacist. What do you dislike about PDX Enterprise Pharmacy System (EPS)?

I dislike how I have to use the mouse. It would be easier if I could only stay on the keyboard for quickness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering PDX Enterprise Pharmacy System (EPS):

One-on-one training is helpful, both with cashiers, technicians, pharmacists, as well as the on-call/agency pharmacists who come in from time to time.
