What do you like best about PDQ Connect?

PDQ Connect is agent-based, so as long as a device has network connectivity, I can view and manage it in real time. This has been a big improvement over our previous on-prem PDQ. The vendor-provided packages, device group filtering, and constant updates are a big part of why we chose PDQ over other RMM platforms. It’s also very flexible, with custom scans, easy deployment of in-house batch/PowerShell scripts, and helpful blog and YouTube articles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?

Because we depend on PDQ’s own servers, there’s the occasional service interruption. That wasn’t an issue with the on-prem solution, but it’s very infrequent and usually results in delays rather than a complete outage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?

With PDQ Connect, our technicians can shadow sessions to provide real-time assistance, and they have access to tools like Process Manager, File Explorer, and live chat directly within the remote session console. We’ve also started using PDQ for patch management and Windows updates; between the timely automatic package updates and the newer Windows Updates inventory tools, that whole process is a breeze. On top of that, the latest update gives us access to the API, which makes integrating PDQ into our company even easier and more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
