What do you like best about PDF-XChange Editor?

The ability to fully edit a PDF is outstanding. I like the export to image option since it has a wide variety of options. I've found valuable the opportunity to create fillable forms. You can set the security level of your doc to prevent changes. That is especially helpful when you're expecting several people to fill a form and send it back to you. What do you dislike about PDF-XChange Editor?

The form creation tools can be a bit tricky. For example, copying multiple fields gets the new fields' ordering awful. It means a lot of work to rearrange the numbering, i.e., in a grid. I think there might be a better way to do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PDF-XChange Editor solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are creating forms, scanning and filing old archives, extracting graphics from PDFs. Though it has added several functionalities throughout the years, it has kept very lightweight. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
