What do you like best about PDF-XChange Editor?

I like that PDF-XChange Editor lets users password-protect their PDFs. This is especially useful in our firm when we send payslips, because it helps ensure no one else can open or view another employee’s confidential information. The document-editing features are also extremely helpful in a corporate setting, particularly for updating and refining client documents when changes are needed. What do you dislike about PDF-XChange Editor?

I feel that the editor’s interface looks quite dated, and it could be modernized to provide a better overall user experience. Also, when using the enhanced OCR plug-in, I didn’t like that it often fails to capture text accurately from scans. As a result, important information is sometimes added incorrectly in the document, which can be a hassle to fix and edit manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PDF-XChange Editor solving and how is that benefiting you?

The impressive editing and security features that PDF X-change editor provides are very useful for corporate workers. The security features are especially useful in the firm, for example, to password-protect documents when sending payslips to employees. This helps ensure that no one else can view other employees’ confidential information. The text and image editing tools save a lot of time when working on client documents, and the annotation features can be very useful for certain types of edits.
