I like that it can manage multiple PDF files at once while still being effective. I also like that it can turn my PDF into the usual things like word, image, spreadsheet- but can also convert into message (EmL, MSG) or webpage formats. I like that the price varies based on needs and they have a free version that works and just has extra limitations. Its run by Sysinfo which allows for good customer support when needed. I am not a fan that you need to run it as an Administrator. Its possible that that is just necessary for the first time of uploading files, but in an office where only the IT staff are admins that can get tedious.
