What do you like best about PC Repair Tracker?
Very easy to use and get the "flow" of if you are a new user. PCRT has been an invaluable tool in running my repair shop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about PC Repair Tracker?
Lack of thorough documentation. Videos are helpful but don't explain everything. The user forum is a bit lacking and inactive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
