Payworks provides a single platform where I can manage payroll, time and attendance, and absence management, which has made my job as an HR professional much more streamlined. I’ve run into a few minor issues with the payroll function. For example, there was a problem with STAT pay being paid out incorrectly; however, the team is usually quick to respond and help troubleshoot. Another concern is that the schedule isn’t colour-coded on the employee-facing side. I’ve raised this with the team, and they’ve escalated it for future review.
