PayTraqer allows us to import our merchant transactions into QB easily and effectively. When QB or the merchant services have made changes, Saasant has been responsive and has deployed fixes within a reasonable time frame. While they work to put permanent changes in place, they’ve also set up short-term solutions so customers don’t fall behind.
