"Clean UI, Fast Performance, and Effortless Failed Payment Recovery"

What do you like best about PayTrace?

I like TraceAR’s clean UI. I also appreciate the features for collecting failed payments and giving users the option to get a discount on NET terms. The platform includes a REST API that’s easy to integrate.

Pricing feels reasonable. When I migrated to another payment processor back in 2021, I discovered over $40,000 in missed payments. Since then, my dunning tool has collected hundreds of thousands of dollars for me, so the benefits easily outweigh the cost.

TraceAR performs fast, and the onboarding support was handled over a screenshare, which made the setup straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PayTrace?

There’s nothing I dislike about the product. I find their tool easy to use, and it provides clear benefits compared with collecting payments manually. While accounting tools can generate reports, they don’t offer an automated way to follow up on overdue invoices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PayTrace solving and how is that benefiting you?
