Paystand helps handle some of the day-to-day tasks on the Customer Service and Accounts Receivable sides, which saves time. The process of receiving credit card funds used to take about 24 hours with our regular machines, but with Paystand it can take just as long as the ACH process. We’ve also had difficulty with the connectivity to Woo Commerce. Paystand does not currently recognize the Sales Order number created there or translate it to the NetSuite Sales Order number that follows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
