All in one integrated system for payment acceptance, billing automation, and managing customers. it provides low rates for credit card and ACH payment acceptance. It has additional features that include payment communication, automated late payment follow-up, data import/export, customized reporting, and secure customer payment account storage for easy repeat transactions. **What do you dislike about PaySimple?** Although i don't find any difficulty in the software but yeah, i can suggest that an easier way to automate recurring billing from an online sales page would be constructive **What problems is PaySimple solving and how is that benefiting you?** The recurring billing makes doing business so easy, we no longer have to chase down late payments, and the easy-to-use forms put our clients at ease. All the features a business needs with no frills. Ease of use and customer portal, Albert, could improve a few. Otherwise, great design. Pay simple has been a time saver having recurring billing plans set up as many of our customers are on a monthly subscriptions plan. Overall, 10/10, i have greatly appreciated this service and its functions. ### 4. Rarely more than one hand-off. Simple navigation and polished links for clients to use. My DR s can produce reports quickly with the software. I initially added it because we needed a simple, automated solution for sending out recurring invoices with minimal customer interacton.It is easy to set one up and make changes as needed **What do you dislike about PaySimple?** Collecting user-entered recurring payments is a little unclear. We had to troubleshoot a bit to get this feature working correctly. If you do not want to use a total checkout solution, setting it up is a bit complicated. You have to create a product then add the payment form. White label option would be a massive benefit for our needs, but this is not a deterrent to adopting the platform. Pay simple should implement a feature I have heard referred to as account update.If a customer receives a new card replacing one that is soon to expire, there is technology available to recognize this and update the information with the merchant so that a recurring payment schedule does not fail when a customer forgets to call with the updated expiration date. **What problems is PaySimple solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bank to bank transactions allows for quick and seamless transfer of funds in a secure bank encrypted ecosystem. Whenever I feel any problem while working, it provides the best solutions as the customer service is top-notch and always has someone available. The user interface is clean, easy to navigate, and integrates with existing accounting problems. We use pay simply for most of our billing-related needs. It does offer an integrated calendar scheduling feature; It is easy to set up and edit a payment schedule as well as the feature available for customized reporting necessary for revenue tracking and many more. ### 5. This system is the simplest for collecting all electronic payment types including all major credit cards and ACH. It also has nice integrations for on-premise and online applications to perform payment collections within your existing systems relatively seamlessly. Our company has been using PaySimple for 13+ years now. **What do you dislike about PaySimple?** The out-of-box customer portal is not very usable. I can see it being helpful for individual purchases, but for subscription-based payments with multiple payment types per account, we've encountered issues. **Recommendations to others considering PaySimple:** PaySimple is a great, reliable electronic payment collection and management system. Works great as a standalone system or integrated into your business systems. Our company has used PaySimple for 13+ years. **What problems is PaySimple solving and how is that benefiting you?** Efficient subscription-based payment collections. PaySimple makes it easy. ### 6. We have another payment processing system that does integrate so everything can be done inside SalesForce and my staff can see payment status for particular clients. **What problems is PaySimple solving and how is that benefiting you?** Credit card processing; we have a small number of clients whose payments were not able to be processed with our other integrated system, so PaySimple becomes our fallback for them. ### 8. From our account manager to the chat help, everyone is always so helpful and nice. **What do you dislike about PaySimple?** Working with a company that is continuing to grow and work to get everything that their customers want, is a phenomenal experience because you get to have a say in how certain aspects are developed. That can also be frustrating that as a company you have to maneuver your processes to meet where PaySimple is now. **Recommendations to others considering PaySimple:** It is so important to ask questions and to be patient. You account manager will do everything that they possibly can in order to help you, don't take that for granted. It doesn't exist very much anymore! **What problems is PaySimple solving and how is that benefiting you?** PaySimple has been so helpful in working with our in house development team to create a customer portal that uses their PaySimple API. ### 9. The ability to send invoices, post a link on my site for people to pay, and to collect payments myself with both Credit Card and ACH has helped my productivity and business grow. Also, the staff has continued to be helpful from the beginning. Approval was quick and simple, and when I wanted higher limits for ACH and lower costs for credit card processing, they handled my requests right away. **What do you dislike about PaySimple?** I'd recommend expansion into the ability to send payments via ACH to vendors. I'd also recommend an integration with Quickbooks Desktop. **Recommendations to others considering PaySimple:** Make the move. They say it is the works, but I haven’t see it yet. **What problems is PaySimple solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not only is it a billing and invoicing solution for us, but for some of our clients as well.
