What do you like best about Payscale Ascent (formerly Payfactors)?

The “Explore” tab is amazing. It’s a quick, efficient way to access all the data in an easy-to-consume format. I use the “Explore” tab every day, and it’s become my go-to section of the website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Payscale Ascent (formerly Payfactors)?

All of the paywalls. My organization pays for the service but still doesn't have access to several important things. New additions like Korn Ferry and others are thrown behind a paywall. It would be nice if the amount we are paying unlocked everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Payscale Ascent (formerly Payfactors) solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem this solves for me is salary benchmarking. Having all of our survey data uploaded into one platform is extremely convenient. Being able to access everything in the “Explore” tab is a game-changer and saves me a lot of time.

The job-matching capability is also a huge win. It helps ensure our benchmarking roles and salary benchmarking are accurate before I even start digging into the data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
