My manager and his team provide good customer service. Any issue arises, they are quick to resolve and quick to address any potential issues as well. The system is user-friendly and any upgrades are done smoothly. I use Payroc all the time and appreciate that all features are practically on the home screen. When they had to upgrade my system, it was an easy integration with Payroc and Ajera, and implementing any new features was done behind the scenes, which did not interfere with my work.
