What do you like best about PayPal Invoicing?

It is very simple to use and anyone can use it. It does not have very much information as it straight forward in what you want. You can also customize a few aspects here and there like what you want visible on your invoice and what you don't. You can also create recurring invoices and batch invoices which are very effective for collecting retainer fees and sending multiple invoices at once to your different customers. What do you dislike about PayPal Invoicing?

I don't have many needs maybe customization might be an issue in the feature but for now, it works well for me. As a small business we also need support here and there but getting a hold of PayPal's support team is a headache so they should definitely work on that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PayPal Invoicing solving and how is that benefiting you?

It saves time and it's very easy to use so I don't need to go and create my own invoices then send them. I also receive all the payments to my PayPal direct and my customers have a variety of payment options even if they don't have a PayPal account they can still pay me.
