"Professional Design Makes Invoicing Fast and Easy"

What do you like best about PayPal Invoicing?

The best part I like is its professional design and how easy it is to create a new invoice. Features such as tax-setting customization, a discount option, and the ability to upload supporting files are very helpful. It also includes options to download, save, print, or send the invoice. What do you dislike about PayPal Invoicing?

I’ve faced two major issues. First, their fees are too high. Second, their support is not reliable. When I send a message, most of the time there’s no real person available to help, especially in an emergency, and even in normal cases it takes far too long to get a response. Their Facebook support is particularly slow and can take many days, or even weeks, to reply. Also, their invoice template is generic for everyone; it should include an option to create templates based on our specific business type. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PayPal Invoicing solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me getting paid by international clients without having to set up bank wires or a separate merchant account. I can create and send a professional invoice in minutes. It also keeps paid and unpaid invoices organized in one place, so I don’t have to manually chase payments. For my agency, that translates into faster cash flow, fewer payment delays, and an easy, straightforward way to bill D2C and SaaS clients across different countries.
