"Affordable Global Hiring with Reliable Payments, but Limited HR Depth"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad + Boundless)?

I like that Payoneer Workforce Management is affordable, covers a wide range of countries, and has reliable payment infrastructure. It makes global hiring and payroll more straightforward. Onboarding took less than a day, with clear step-by-step compliance guidance and easy-to-create employee and contractor profiles. The integrations worked well, and setup was faster and less resource-intensive than with platforms we had used before. I also liked that there were no setup or offboarding fees. What do you dislike about Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad + Boundless)?

I find support limited to 24/5, which can be challenging for teams across time zones. In some countries, relying on partner entities can lead to inconsistencies in compliance standards, and country-specific workflows could be smoother. The advertised rates are attractive, but the real costs can rise per employee per month, and I’d like clearer invoices. The platform is strong on payments and compliance, but its HR features are limited, especially performance management, advanced analytics, and employee engagement. I’d also like deeper HR functionality and more mature integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
