I don't think any of the features are at all impressive or functional. It's somewhat confusing, if anything, and extremely frustrating when you're trying to solve a problem like getting your transfers to your bank correctly when you've made an error and it takes days for someone to review it. By that time, they've sent the payment back to the payee. Horrible customer service. Customer service agents are very nice, but they're based in India. They have no idea what's going on. The transition from NexusConnect to Paymode was poorly rolled out causing an uptick is customer issues and frustration from poor customer service response quality and time. Paymode will also deactivate payer connections with no warning, nor does it give us, the client, a rejection reason.
