  ### 1. Simple and Streamlined - I great value for Project Management

**What do you like best about Paymo?**

Simplicity, The project flow is made simple task management is straightforward we use it daily to manage 50+ active projects, this is not what it was originally designed for but it is working very well for us. Time tracking has to be the strongest piece of the software and the tie of Client -> Project -> Task -> Time is perfect for a consulting or even an IT business. 

**What do you dislike about Paymo?**

It's a young system but is maturing quickly, we find at times the new development is single, vertical focus and we may be asking too much of the system. With that said, the development team is very open to new functions/features if a valid use case can be made and it follows closely to their internal development roadmap.

**Recommendations to others considering Paymo:**

Be specific about your expectations and your use case, even to the point of making process flows of how you currently do things in your business and when demoing the software try your different process flow and ask questions to make sure you are making the right decision. 

**What problems is Paymo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a multifaceted business we do time billing, project billing, individual task billing and block of time billing, The system is simple yet flexible enough to give us access to the data we need to bill in all of these areas.  Having all the Time, Task, and customer data in one system makes our workflow clean and fast. With the ability to email in discussions straight from our inbox also adds flexibility that an on the go company like ours needs. 

There is room for growth and we have seen amazing changes in the system over the past couple of years. We look forward to what the future holds.

**What do you like best about Paymo?**

I've been using Paymo for 2 years now and love how easy it is to make time reports for multiple clients and create professional looking invoices and time reports. It's easy to add in notes and work related expenses. When my clients view my invoices the never question the accuracy because every thing is right there and noted daily. I tend to skip back and forth between clients and tasks and the timer is great for that!

I recommend Paymo for anyone who has a need to create accurate time reports and invoices. 

**What do you dislike about Paymo?**

I live how inexpensive it is but I wish I could create more invoices and save them in paymo for the same price I am paying now, It would be nice to be able to save the ones I have with in the application instead of creating a new .pdf every time.

**What do you like best about Paymo?**

Paymo provides an all-in-one solution for project management and time tracking. I tested dozens of other platforms, but most required 3rd party for features I needed. Paymo has it all and more. The user interface is excellent too! And the price. 

**What do you dislike about Paymo?**

The only problem I have run into is with the desktop widget/app for OS X not always syncing new tasks, but support let me know they are aware and will be launching a new version soon.  I never have this problem with the mobile app or browser version of Paymo. 

**Recommendations to others considering Paymo:**

I am amazed that Paymo provides so much for such an affordable rate. I kept looking for a catch, but it is real. I have already recommended it to several people I know would benefit for their work. Even if you are just looking for a single user solution it is perfect. Not overwhelming with 1000s of bells a whistles for things you won't use and the UI allows you to adjust so you once see what you need to focus on at the time.

Also, the new Progress Board feature is perfect if you are switching from Trello. Very similar concept.

**What problems is Paymo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paymo has helped provided a lot of clarity on the bulk of work actually going on. With a view of all the active projects it is now easier to know work what can be taken on and communicate more realistic completion dates.  Many tasks that were overlooked as just "quick little things" have turned out to be 15-30 mins of billable work, which were unaccounted before.

**What do you like best about Paymo?**

Ease of use is key with this program. There are very few features hidden away in cumbersome menus and the layout is simple to understand and use. When there is a question or need the support team replies quickly and with accurate information. We are also happy to see advancements in the program with new features added constantly.

**What do you dislike about Paymo?**

It would be nice to have a set list of tasks that can be used to build templates and I would also like to see tight integration with office 365, google apps for business and slack to help improve our workflow.

**Recommendations to others considering Paymo:**

Take your time and make sure that the software has all the features that you need. The ease of use is great but it does come at the expense of simple features. If you use other software such as slack, trello, google apps for business, or planner by Microsoft office 365 the software might not be the best solution although they are getting there. 

**What problems is Paymo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This has been a great tool for organizing projects and helping to make sense of our billing and quote structure. The software has really given us a place to show a great overview of where we stand and what tasks need to be completed.

**What do you like best about Paymo?**

I love how easy it is to track time for all of my clients within Paymo. I set up all of their tasks and can give them a link to a breakdown of the time spent on each task. I can also set a budget number of hours to make sure I can let my clients know when we need to add more time to their account. 

**What do you dislike about Paymo?**

I do wish there was a browser plugin to make time tracking even quicker!

Give Paymo a try and see how easy it is to track all of your clients' needs!

**What problems is Paymo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed to track the time I spend on client work. Paymo perfectly solved that problem, better than any other time tracker that I've found. It also offers great reports that can be an existing link for clients, so I don't need to update them each week. They can check in whenever they want.

**What do you like best about Paymo?**

The project management side is good and easy to use. 
The interface is simple and at first glance you think features are missing but a small rollover of a button or changing to table view opens up a lot of extra valuable features. 
It ticks a lot of boxes for me but I also  like the way I can create estimates/quotes ( then push to invoice) 
Also invoices integrate to timed tasks with hourly rates. I have used a few project management systems before and I have not found one with a decent inbuilt invoicing solution before now....

**What do you dislike about Paymo?**

More apps would be good but it is early days. The few apps I set up work well. 

The support is responsive and helpful though. 
Import and export tools (even in the simplest form ) would be helpful
At the moment there is no inbuilt file backup service.. You would rely on contacting them to download your files. 
Could do with a file synch backup for eg dropbox or google.  (apparently this is on the cards) 

**What problems is Paymo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of hours worked versus billable and being able to push those to invoice quickly and easily. 
Invoices and estimates are completely editable templates, (several versions can be made to choose from for different client types) it is simple in terms of accounting but it works for my small business which could be running 20 to 30 projects at one time.

**What do you like best about Paymo?**

This app works as well for a single self-employed person as it does for a small (or larger) business. It's constantly improving based on customer feedback, and is just really easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Paymo?**

There's not much - there are a few things that don't match my personal preferences, but any time I've entered a feature request or an update, Paymo is quick to respond.

**Recommendations to others considering Paymo:**

Try it out! There are free accounts, so you can get in and play with most, if not all, of the features available to you. Make sure to take a look at all the additional apps and features - the mobile timer, PaymoPlus (the automatic time tracker), the dashboard, the reporting and invoicing...

**What problems is Paymo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I starting using Paymo years ago as a contractor trying to manage time tracking and reporting on multiple projects for multiple clients. Nowadays, I'm still using it - automatically tracking and categorizing my time so I can report out while colleagues are using notebooks, spreadsheets, etc. to manually track their time. I'm spending much, much less time on administrative tasks than I used to, and am confident that I'm reporting truthfully how I spend my work hours.

**What do you like best about Paymo?**

My favorite feature is the web user interface. It feels like a native app and everything looks great and is intuitive to use. I started out with the desktop software but then realized that the website was just as good and I could use it on any machine without having to download and install.

**What do you dislike about Paymo?**

It would be nice if the timer from the web app could be popped out into its own window and set to always be on top of other windows. This would help prevent the times when I forget to switch the timer to a new task or forget to turn it off while on lunch break.

**Recommendations to others considering Paymo:**

Try out the free version of Paymo and see if you like it. It's easy to use as just a time tracking software as I do, but it also has more advanced features if you need them, such as invoicing and project management.

**What problems is Paymo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm able to easily track my time and summarize it in reports that I can then use to enter into my project management software program. Paymo does this without taking a lot of extra time out of my day to implement time tracking.

My previous method of doing this was either using my memory to think back to how much time I spent on tasks for a project or to try to write it down on paper. This old method was very inefficient and inaccurate.

**What do you like best about Paymo?**

As a designer, I relate Paymo to many Adobe products. I do so in the sense that you do not have to be an expert, or even use all of the functionality, for it to be a very useful tool. That said, it can also do just about anything we need for it to do. So I guess what I like about it most is that it is a very useful tool, no matter how in-depth your usage is.

**What do you dislike about Paymo?**

The only thing that I dislike is the occasional bug with a release, but this happens with any application.

**What problems is Paymo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our line of work, time is money. If we do not track our time, we do not get paid. With our previous method(s), there was a lot of lost time due to the cumbersome nature of the software. Once we went to correct the lost time, we spent even more time trying to fix it. Paymo makes it easy to track the time, and also to enter missed time. It really takes into account every situation where you may need to track time, and then do something with that data.

**What do you like best about Paymo?**

The time tracking feature (using the native apps for all platforms) and the ability to tie it to certain tasks with automatic stops after inactivity is truly the most beneficial feature. Couple that with the time reports and it's a perfect tool for me.

**What do you dislike about Paymo?**

I wish I had the ability to export my timesheets directly to Quickbooks online time sheets. My client uses that so I still have to run the time report from Paymo and then manually enter the time into Quickbooks online time sheets. 

I think that the overall API story could be slightly better. There are limitations to the Zapier and/or If-This-Then-That (IfTTT) model of webhooks. There are platforms out there that are just very widely used that Paymo could create specific hooks for (i.e. Quickbooks online) which would greatly enhance this product.

**Recommendations to others considering Paymo:**

The fact that you can track time easily is much better than trying to use some regular timer. Also take a look at Zapier for hooking Paymo into other services (like Visual Studio Team Services, Github, Jira, etc.).

I'm a software developer who bills by the hour so having the ability to show exactly what I was working on for a very accurate amount of time is of great benefit to my clients.

**What do you like best about Paymo?**

Paymo allows you to log time against different projects and for different clients. This makes invoicing very easy and provides a transparent and accountable window for your clients to see how much time you have taken on a project.

Creating reports is easy and one of my favourite uses is providing a customer with a live report to clients that they can use to monitor usage.





**What do you dislike about Paymo?**

Logging time can be a little bit awkward with no quick way to find the project you need. The projects are displayed in a long list and it would be better if there was a way to sort it by how frequently they are used. 

There ought to be some more control over the statistics on the dashboard. I'd like to be able to see charts overlaid and filtered so that I can analyse trends in my work. 

I don't like the mobile app, I think it is too basic.

I'd like to be able to sort the items in the reports by date.

**Recommendations to others considering Paymo:**

I'd certainly suggest that both freelancers and small/medium sized organisations consider using Paymo to log time against projects. It is certainly superior to tracking time in MS Excel.

**What problems is Paymo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have to record time down to the nearest 15 minutes for the clients I work for. I have a lot of clients and my clients have a lot of projects. Paymo is very good at organising how my time is recorded making invoicing very easy.

**What do you like best about Paymo?**

Paymo is very easy to use, clients and projects can be set up very quickly and sync with the Paymo Add-on for tracking time. When I start a job I just select the project I am working on and start the time tracking add-on. If I leave the computer it will ask if I want to count the time I have been away.
This is a great feature, and allows me to clearly see what I have been working on throughout the day, and how long I have spent on each project to be able to invoice it to my client later.

**What do you dislike about Paymo?**

The last update on the Paymo add-on for the Mac did not sync correctly. I quickly contacted the Paymo support and they very helpfully provided me with the pervious version, so I could carry on syncing my time and projects.
There is no project timeline/calendar, I would love a gantt chart or something to be able to plan project deadline (that blocks of days I have said I am not working) so I can not over book my time. This would be the best feature for Paymo, and I hope they add it in the future.


**Recommendations to others considering Paymo:**

Paymo is a great time tracking service, it works very well and their customer service is brilliant. 
They are also always working and improving the service to include more new features.
I would recommend it for freelancers and teams.

**What problems is Paymo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a freelancer I can get distracted with different tasks, in Paymo its clear to see what my next tasks for each project are and this help me organise my day and make the most out of the hours that I work.
As I can track all the time I have worked on each project so easily, I can the invoice my clients the real amount of hours I have worked, and can also gage when a project has taken too long.

**What do you like best about Paymo?**

Managing tasks is a feast. A long time ago we wrote our own webapp to manage projects, tasks, invoices and more. The way we wanted the tool to work but never were able to realize is exactly what Paymo does for us. The stopwatch and task templates and of course, the task overviews are what makes Paymo the perfect tool for us.

**What do you dislike about Paymo?**

In a perfect world, we would only need one webapp for projectmanagement and invoicing. The invoicing of Paymo is just not for us. We mainly work for Dutch clients and in the Netherlands the most used online payment tool is iDEAL, which isn't something Paymo supports. So, we have to check hours worked and put them in our invoicing tool. But is that really something I dislike? No. It makes sure you check all the invoices/hours before sending them to your clients.

**Recommendations to others considering Paymo:**

If your consider moving to Paymo from a self developed tool that exactly fits your need, but costs to much time/money to keep up-to-date, do it. But do it only if the majority of functionality fits your workflow. Absolutely do concessions, but realistic ones.

**What problems is Paymo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of many projects at once and managing the budget and todo's. With every website we build there is work involved that isn't accounted for from the start. The insight that Paymo gives us keeps your head clear!

**What do you like best about Paymo?**

Paymo GUI is among the best that I have used, it is clean and intuitive and gives me easy access to the functionality I need on a daily basis.
Paymo support is outstanding - on the occasions I have required assistance, or have had suggestions to make, I normally have a clear response within minutes - often well outside normal working hours!

**What do you dislike about Paymo?**

As an independant contractor with multiple clients, there are some features of the product which don't quite match up with my requirements - particularly with respect to client logins to view timesheets associated with invoices automatically.
I have raised these concerns with Paymo - and I understand my requirements may not match up completely with how typical clients' requirements - and that it is planned for the client login functionality will be deprecated and merged in to the user login functionality at some point in the future - just maybe not as quickly as I would like :)

**Recommendations to others considering Paymo:**

Excellent and easy to use product, supported by a company that is responsive and helpful - which makes all the difference when you need it!

**What problems is Paymo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of my time automatically, and generating invoices directly from my tracked time, which I can then send a link to my company accountants for client invoicing.
Paymo has reduced the time taken for me to process month end invoices from a couple of hours to ~15 minutes per month - giving me more time available to do paying work :)

**What do you like best about Paymo?**

I like its task accessibility to all team members because of that it is very convenient for me to manage all the tasks by client, by project and the people, whom I have assigned the tasks as a Project Manager.

In addition to above, my team, who regularly put their time (work hours) on respective tasks so its very easy to manage my whole team and at any point of time I have full knowledge on what project, on what task my each team member is working on.

It gives so many customization, when I have to send the Daily/ weekly / monthly status updates.

The reports are configured with client, project, task list, tasks and human resource so with the ability of its customization, I am able to create the document which is useful when I need to show the progress update.

Now they have introduced canban view of the tasks which also very useful to see the tasks status


**What do you dislike about Paymo?**

I like whatever made available in PayMO. But I am expecting one more feature which I have been waiting for a log time. I already have raised my query to support team of PayMo aswell.

I am looking for Gantt Chart feature to be introduced as early as possible.

**Recommendations to others considering Paymo:**

I would like to recommend others to use, If they want to manage medium to big size projects in simple manner. This tool collaborates stockholders and users so everybody may contribute in successful project delivery. 

**What problems is Paymo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are into software development business.
And our team is very small. But we are graced with good number of clients and projects.

Because of this project management tool, we are able to assign same resource to multiple clients' projects and give them the realistic time estimations and accordingly our whole team have the clear visibility what need to be perform in the given time frame.

The biggest benefit we have realize is our happy customers. Because they are happy, they again come back to us with bigger projects and opportunities.

Simplicity of use combined with a lot of flexibility. We have some projects that we charge for using an hourly rate and some fixed-price projects - both are easily accommodated.

**What do you dislike about Paymo?**

Not able to share report definitions among users. Although anyone can see the output of a report with a link, we would like to be able to have some reports (same parameters) available to all team members. That way, whoever is free could run the invoicing reports (we don't use Paymo for invoicing), changing the date and customer details as required but having the basic setup the same month-on-month.

**Recommendations to others considering Paymo:**

I've recommended Paymo to colleagues - all have reported an increase in billed time.

**What problems is Paymo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We often find ourselves switching between projects and clients during a normal working day. Before Paymo, we'd either have to remember to write everything down, or 'estimate' the time spent on each project at the end of the day. I'm sure we were undercharging - our bottom line has gone up since we started tracking time more effectively. Using the desktop widget is our preferred way of tracking time - it's not intrusive, and fits best with our way of working. We have tried the more automatic time tracking methods, but they just didn't work for us.

**What do you like best about Paymo?**

There are many things I like about this interface. I use the timer for almost every project I work on. I also like the fact that I can also manually add time on those projects that I do not use the timer I have unlimited projects so I can track, the amount of time against the budget for every client I have. I use the time report feature twice a month to do my billing.  I would use Paymo billing also but I already had Quickbooks set up from previous use.

I have added my vendors as users. I can check on their time sheets mid month to help me see their progress. I can pull time reports on each vendor.

I have not only recommended, but gotten several people to use and fall in love with Paymo also!

**What do you dislike about Paymo?**

I think the tasks area is a bit harder to use than other apps for project management. 

**Recommendations to others considering Paymo:**

Love it for everything, but don't use much of the tasks as assignments, only for time tracking and time sheets. I have every client set up with its own task list and I am able to compare time spent to the budget I have set up for them. Billing is very easy once I pull my time reports.

Budget versus time actually spent on clients. It has helped me find a process that helps me bill accurately.

I love Paymo because it allows me to access any project I'm working on very fast. I can see and understand all the tasks I have to do and quickly update them on the fly. All the information is right there, the description, the files and time & billing. Even allowing me to switch task timers instantly!

**What do you dislike about Paymo?**

No system is perfect, but Paymo is close. I dislike that I cannot delete files from the tasks “simple view.” Also the functionality between descriptions and comments is different, for instance, I cannot add a link easily in the comment section. They must be hand coded.

File management is a bit lacking. But it excels in billing, timing and task management.

**What problems is Paymo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My productivity and ability to keep track of many projects has increased substantially. I can instantly bill if needed or instantly manage a project. When I speak with a client I always have know exactly what the project needs. I have realized efficiency beyond what I initially expected.

I've been using Paymo for about 2 years now when I as freelancing to log hours for different clients, also for invoicing one role, and now I'm using it to log hours for my job in the USA while I work from home.  Paymo has been great for all of this, though it could be improved if there was a way to export the timesheets as an image to include when sending hours to work.

I'd love to be able to set "tasks" as "milestones" and see the due dates on a calendar -- a connection to Google Calendar would be even better.

Simple, straightforward invoicing generation.  You can be as detailed or as brief as you like. Great templates and painless time tracking. Time can be attributed to different projects or predefined tasks.

Invoice emails are sent as a link, instead of attaching a PDF. I train my clients to not click links in email, so this delivery technique is a pain.

It's really easy to keep track of projects. You can move items around pretty easily. You can use the mobile app when away from the computer. You can set milestones.

I wish that the new progress board feature would allow you to keep task lists in order. I wish that you could easily see a report of the tasks completed and what date they were completed. I wish that you could see a chart of number of tasks completed like you can with hours. I wish that when items are put on the calendar in the tasks view that they would show up on the calendar where the milestones are. I wish it were easier to manage tasks in the mobile app.

I can actually plan multiple things with ease. This keeps me from feeling overwhelmed and gives me perspective on what needs to be accomplished.

Prior to using Paymo my time tracking solution was average at best. Paymo was a game changer and I wish I had known about it earlier in my business. I love the Time Reports feature that allows me to see exactly what has been done for a specific client and/or project. I also use that feature when running payroll for my subcontractors. I can't recommend Paymo highly enough.

The only negative thing I have experienced is with the desktop widget. Mine always has bugs. I use the online version and app, and I'm always happy with their performance.

I record notes whenever I track time which can help me know exactly how long certain tasks take and be able to report back to clients accurately. I can set these notes to show up in every report I run, too, which is a win!

Multi-platform access from anywhere, pleasant and logical user interface. Can handle task time management for larger projects, or allow for simpler time entry for routine work. Input errors are easily corrected.

Default unit of 1 hour. For example, for vacation, it remembers my account code, but not the number of hours, so I have to change it every time. Doesn't seem to work well with my corporate smartphone (Blackberry).

Highly recommend the product. As a manager I can track hours myself, and users like it. Although I don't yet use many of the features, as a former consultant, I understand that the value-added features would and could streamline project time tracking, budgeting, and invoicing.

I've used Paymo for over 4 years and I really appreciate the attention to detail and constant improvements they make. Notes, invoices and the way projects are setup is all so easy. Managing team projects is a breeze.

I would like to be able to automatically create an invoice from an estimate. Once an estimate is approved then I'd like a one click to convert to estimate and send to customer for a down payment.

The only trouble is that the one-invoice-per-month limitation seems to be based upon a 30-day window rather than just limiting things to one invoice per calendar month. This makes it a bit of a headache to do my billing, because that means I have to be certain to bill on the same day every month, otherwise my next month's bill will have to be on the same day

I love the clean interface and the usability of Paymo. I'm a small shop and creating invoices is the last thing on my mind so Paymo makes it easy. I also often work with contractors so it's easy to add them in and track their time (or even track mine).

I don't really dislike anything. Obviously for quality product you have to pay a fee and I think Paymo is priced reasonably. I'd love to have an account manager to handle chasing down unpaid client invoices but that's another story  :)

Coordinating use of Paymo between 15+ team members is challenging, when you don't want to expose salary data – so we always need to export data and run separate reports.

Tracking time is painful. Paymo isn't "fun" or "easy" – but it's easier than current alternatives.

We weren't doing a good job measuring the time it takes for each step in our production process. Hubspot was too invasive. Toggl was more aesthetically pleasant but too confusing. Paymo was the least invasive tool that was easiest for the team to adopt. 

Since adopting Paymo we've been able to see how much time we spend in each step of the production process.

I like that it's has an automatic time tracking app, and helps you efficiently manage different projects simultaneously. We're a small company and it allows us to all collaborate on the same project, or just have one user assigned per project dependent upon needs.

I think there could be a cheaper price for a smaller team that functions more as a startup. The timer function also restarts when you step away instead of showing you where you left off.

Paymo made accounting for my time on tasks easier and more accurate. It revolutionized the way I categorize tasks and generate reports for my client.

I wish I had the pop-up window on all my computers. Now I have to remember to log in to the site on my secondary computer.

One of the best features about Paymo is how easily you can setup tasks and activities and its interface is very user-friendly. I'm using paymo since last month and so far I can say it is a great tool.

You can't setup a project to repeat itself. Example: If you want a project to be executed every monday of every week, you can't do that.

You can use the trial version for 15 days if i'm not mistaken and you can see for yourself all benefits paymo has to offer :)

Mainly time tracking. I've used other softwares to track time but none of them have a UX design such as Paymo. Main benefit is seeing how much time we actually spend on each client making it easier to bill them.

**What do you like best about Paymo?**

I primarilylike the intuitive ease of use and the reasonable cost structure.

**What do you dislike about Paymo?**

I haven't found anything really to dislike about this package, but I don't actually utilize all of it's features.

**What problems is Paymo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We tend to deal with many fast track projects that require a bit of iteration with our multiple clients.  It was difficult to easily keep track of the billable time, and then summarize later when we wanted to bill the client.  The ease of recording our billable time and reporting features has saved us countless hours in administrative overhead costs.

**What do you like best about Paymo?**

I've been using Paymo since 2008, and one thing I like about is the evolution through these years, they keep updating and leveraging the app and features, all my requirements have been answered and my ideas have been heard, some implemented some others not but always there's someone to answer.
Making budgets is very easy and tracking all your clients and payments is not an issue anymore.

**What do you dislike about Paymo?**

There's nothing I'd complain about, everything is just great.

**Recommendations to others considering Paymo:**

You can manage all your projects, from budgets, team, deadlines, specific tasks and who's responsible, invoicing and time tracking.
The app is amazing and easy to use, and these guys just keep making it better and better.
Worth it 100%

**What problems is Paymo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Invoices and budgets tracking, organization. Everything is into my sight with Paymo

**What do you like best about Paymo?**

The main reason i chosed Paymo was the time tracker and the possibility to associate time tracking to specific tasks: it's actually the most useful feature in Paymo.
In addition client/project setup is very useful, with all the possible levels

**What do you dislike about Paymo?**

If I want to add a task list I need to access poject tasks page: I can't do it directly from time tracker or activity reporting. No linux app :-)

**What problems is Paymo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I solved problem assign exact time on any project/task: I can now know for sure if I underestimated or overestimated project offer/plan

It's got all the things I need - time tracking, invoicing, reports and project management - for my small business. I find it easy to use and it doesn't cost much.

**What do you dislike about Paymo?**

I wish there was an automatic time tracker for Linux.

We tried Paymo and we like it. You might want to try it too.

We use Paymo to keep track of project tasks and invoicing. We get a better record of how time is spent, and we spend less time on invoicing.

**What do you like best about Paymo?**

I like that Paymo has a timer button on my desktop menu bar (mac) that lets me track time without going to the website. Their iphone app also works well, although I don't find myself using it often just because all the work I do is on the computer anyway, so I use that.

**What do you dislike about Paymo?**

I don't actually have any complaints about the software.

Excellent support and a very easy-to-use product. Highly recommend.

**What problems is Paymo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm a freelance writer. It allows me to track all my time very accurately and easily.

**What do you like best about Paymo?**

Easy to use, save a lot of time witth thwe time tracking feature

**What do you dislike about Paymo?**

That I cannot assign projects in desktop mode and I cannot automaticaly assign time tracking with project list or tasks. It has to be done manually.

**What problems is Paymo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A better management of my projects and tasks, very accurate and fast time tracking, even if it has to be done manually (to assign time tracked projects with the projects list). Anyway saves a lot of time everytime I have to complete a report for my clients, based on worked hours.
