Not being able to speak to someone has been challenging. There is a 3 hr time difference and by the team we respond back and forth by email, I feel like a phone call could have taken care of it. It's also difficult to be the go-between for vendor and PaymentWorks. I don't see what the vendor sees on their side when enrolling. Lastly, and biggest, thing is when company's have a change in who is handling their PaymentWorks account. This has proven difficult for companies to resolve in a timely manner.
